Just a minor niggle................whenever anybody from another club posts anything on here, one of us always seems to make a comment about their lack of fans when compared to us.

Well, to me this just smacks of the "my dad is bigger than your dad" syndrome. Frankly, it doesn't matter whether we have larger attendances than Windsor. What good has it done us anyway?? Why don't we give Windsor and some of these other clubs a bit of credit bearing in mind our current league position.

Our attendances are nothing to crow about when we are in such a state so why don't we give Windsor a bit of respect for achieving a greater level of success than us on a much smaller budget

Whingeing over and done with now...Sorry!!!

'Franco' it's about the only thing which we can still (just about) brag about.... I mean, the teams doing ok, but haven't clicked yet, the chairman is away with the fairies, what else exactly do we have better than Windsor?

They're above us in the league, they've got a ground, they've got a decent chairman (& honest). All we've got these days is what's down to the barebones of the loyal & hardcore fanbase.

defrancog, I hope you weren't calling me 'the feeler'....

Anyway, I understand your point, but it is still something to be proud of. The attendances we muster at home and what we take away is still something 90% of the teams at this level would give their right arm for. How many of the sides last season had their top home attendance when Slough played there? Same again this season? It is something to be proud about as it shows the loyalty (or blind stupidity) of our fans.

How many other clubs would get this sort of attendace whilst homeless and being run by a former bankrupt?
