Who to keep for 2013-2014 season and why

I think we all agree our Play-off hopes are pretty much over, so I was thinking who would you keep on for next season and why. Mine are:-

Mr Holloway for obvious reasons - still the best keeper we've had for many a year and probs best in this league.

Mr Beales - he could and probably should be playing many leagues above us and rarely has a bad game.. nb wouldnt make him skipper tho.

Ryan Dolby - impressed pre-season and with the position of left back, he's young and will get much better (one to watch for).

Richard Avery - We have badly missed him in the later games of the season, works really hard and sweeps up all the over the top balls thrown his way (tricky bugger two ).

Mark Corneille - hard working utility player (needs to stay injury free tho)

Joe Vines - Not sure whether he is OTH yet but a typical solid full back.

Keze Ibe - With him instead of Rook IMO we would of had made a better combination with Whitnell.

Tommy Whitnell - Sign him cos if we dont I absolutely guarantee he will haunt us next season - remember Phil Collins wasnt brills in his first season........

Jermaine Brown - simples

George Purcell - just cos you know he will score goals ( not the 20 a season we need but.......)

As for the loanees, IMO we had tooo many of them even though I know we needed them our shape was compromised severely with too many changes to the set-up we had when we looked and played like play-off contenders. Not blaming the new mangement cos you can only work with whats in front of you but some new blood/talent is needed to bring support back through the gates for the title chase next season......... title chase.... lol :)

Discard Ibe??, Surely not, 8 goals in 9/10 games surely merits a place for next season?

Yes,..i.m.o

Ibe must be getting on a bit now surely.Despite his scoring record, which I applaud, for the most his goals were just tap ins more or less.I know that's what a striker is there for yeah but he lacks the skill factor as far as I am concerned.Sorry,he isn't my particular kind of player though he has been the better frontman compared to the others I admit.

Corneille I would release also despite him having some decent games before injury. But then again he had some awful games too.Too inconsistent across the middle of the park for me.

Simple. I would keep the lot till a better player in that position becomes available and wants to play for MFC.

"Wants to play for MFC" - Judging by the last few games that would exclude a number of our current team

I know what you say Joseba. I have only seen 1 of the recent losses so, this is will be my list on what i have seen and the feelings I have picked up from watching body language when I have. Worse case, this would be my list.

Holloway.

Mattlass ( good prospect)

Phil Starkey, ( plays well week in week out)

John Beales, (as above)

Jermaine Brown,( Runs midfield)

Matt Bodkin, (100%,works his socks off)

Ryan Dolby, ( Still developing, more to come)

Tommy Murphy, ( Ditto above)

George Purcell (more to come)

Kezie Ibe, (Love to see him 100% fit).

I would love to see Young Burns next season.

well i'd love to see campbell back-but that will never happen

would many agree that Avery has been our most consistent player over the least two seasons-and badly missed in the second half of this campaign ?
