Biggleswade

Dominated the second half and were denied by tough Biggleswade defending and a few saves by their keeper.

The red card was fair, two yellow card fouls definitely.

Once again a story of gifting goals when we had played reasonably well without getting the luck needed in these situations.

I disagree about the inevitable call to sack the manager that will follow this game. This is not all the fault of Steve Bateman, he cannot be the one to take all the responsibility for this, several of the players need to look at themselves too. As I said earlier, the words from the bench and dressing room have been right, keeping there ball down and playing it rather than hoofing it, but the players need to listen too.

The buck stops with the Manager, end of story.... Always has always will!

Who knows Clive, we will never know that for sure.

At half time today Bateman came out long before the team. To me that says he had home in there ends told them that they're not good enough and not following his instructions and left them to simmer on it. It produced a much better second half.
