Id like to know whats so special about these boxes of old programmes for you to have such a concern for them Rhodes?

Well if you were a connoisseur of the game you would know, I was brought up to believe that football programmes are sacred and still do

So youre a hoarder then? Still dont understand what someone would do with 100s of old programmes, can understand keeping special ones but if I kept every programme id ever bought id have to rent a storage unit.

He uses them to write articles from years back as he has no knowledge of the present game SSML wise

No, like I said earlier, you wouldn't understand as you're obviously not a true connoisseur of the beautiful game

A connoisseur meaning "to be acquainted with" or "to know somebody/something.") is a person who has a great deal of knowledge or an expert judge in matters.

Pray tell us Mr Rhodes how can you class yourself as a connoisseur given the fact you don't attend matches and rely on trawling the interval for your information.

Im no expert on football but enjoy watching a good game, how many have you watched in the last 3 seasons eh Rhodes? A programme is merely an informative publication for those attending a match.
