Disappointed that most of Ashford Town (middx) fans are not going to sign our petition because some of our so called fans called their ground a shithole.

 

I have personally always enjoyed going to Ashfords ground which has a small but snug clubhouse and fans that I have always found very friendly.

 

I think at this moment in time I'd rather have a ground like Ashfords than no ground at all.

I think the suggestion that "most" Ashford fans won't sign the petition might be a little wide of the mark. There's a topic about it on our forum but only three of us have commented to date. One has said he won't sign, one that he is dubious and I have signed.

I put the link on the Godalming forum last night.

 

If anyone has one of those USB-phone cables (I think that most phones have the same connector you're now) we can set it up at the game. I told the Godalming forum that there might be chances to sign it at the game.

I see there is no response on the Godalming site to our e petition, just wondered if you managed to get the connection set up at the game on Saturday and if so what was the response?
