What does seem rather daft,though,in my opinion,is when people take umbrage at a person's point of view and act like school prefects on this forum.

All supporters should be allowed to share their opinion,regardless,as long as it adheres to the message board rules.

 

Surely you can see that hotspur purposely winds people up and the objections to him aren't just based on him being negative? The guy trolls the forum looking for a reaction (and he gets it).

Perhaps Hotspur does, Stanley, but he's not the only one for doing that.

 

Hotspur is perfectly adept at defending himself,he doesn't need me to stick up for him but whatever anyone says about him, he has proved to be correct in his view that Slough wouldn't be champions or would make the play-offs [although we're still to find out that outcome and appears increasingly likely].

 

What I do find strange,is why Hotspur has a go at Cookham Rebel,when both are really on same hymn sheet, when it comes to the pros and cons about the current Slough manager.

Agreed 3spirit. Think it's plainly obvious that I am not SB's biggest fan, no manager will ever be everyone's cup of tea after all... That being said, I've never wanted SB to fail due to the fact that I want the club to be successful on and off the pitch!

 

If SB stays, he stays, if he goes, he goes.... He won't be the first and be won't be the last, the club has lived on through worse times in its history and will live on for many years to come, whether it be in this current division or not!

Sorry that post is meaningless-I have already said that he can give the money to the club-maybe as your so concerned you could see if it is.As for windsor rebels drink offer,apart from the fact I don't drink. why would I want too,he should spend his money on improving his sight.

It is pretty easy to make yourself known. I've only been to two Slough matches and half the forum probably know who I am. The crowd was over 1000 at the home match I was at too.

Only been twice and half the forum know you from that ? Either they know you anyway or you made an exibition of yourself to get reconised.I have been going to Slough games for nigh on 50 years and I could not tell you many names outside of my circle of Slough fans.

I did come to the games from Scotland and maybe I made an "exhibition" out of myself on the forum before going but it wasn't me trying to get myself recognised once I was at the games. Point being that it is very easy to introduce yourself to people at the matches if you choose to do so. You also don't have to make an exhibition out of yourself to do that either.
