Sue
Right we have all had our say on here about how bad a player has played, what the manager should or shouldnt of done, how bad was the pitch, weather etc etc. I think if we are honest we havent really got behind the team vocally as much as we usually do this season and before anyone has a pop at me I know its not always easy. So if Radders, Marcus and that little felllow from Brighton (cant remember his name) get vocal tomorrow lets do our best to join them winning or losing. As a player that I think we all like and respect said "now is the time for everyone to pulll togeher for the final push". Lets see if we can make our mate Chris hear us who has been gone a year on Monday and also the chairman because without him we probably wouldnt have a team to watch tomorrow. I'm a woman I'm allowed to get emotional !!
brighton_rebel
All fantastic reasons to get behind the team. I'm up for it with a little lubrication from some Royston boozers.
Mark44
Agreed. Lets make tomorrow a good atmosphere and roar the rebels to victory

Don Juan DeMarcus
Stitches and shouting not a great combo I'm afraid and no radford tomorrow
PremiershipJoyRider
Well said Sue. Although the recent game at Burnham was not very inspiring - I thought the Slough faithful were very quiet. The players and management have often said they appreciate the vocal support from the Rebels fans so perhaps its time to REALLY get behind the team at Royston. It's a shame that Radders will be missing but if some of the other big gobs can get the chants started I'm ready to join in as part of the choir. SUE - if you really wanted to get the team going you could always wear a nice SKIMPY cheerleaders outfit !!!!!!
Radders
Gutted I can't be there tomorrow. I'm expecting a few changes and a huge effort from the boys in the style of the win at Ashford and the second half at home against Biggleswade. Hopefully be there on Tuesday night to provide some singing/chanting/gratuitous bad language.
Radders
Btw I feel honoured to have been name checked in half the posts on this thread already. Thanks for noticing me

staines_rebel_Jr
will probably be my last game for this season so will make sure to be in good voice. also we need to stand together a little more as there doesn't look to be much cover at roystons ground. A Rebel and a Saint
So what happened second half?? Oh yes, the few of us that gathered under the cover on the other side got out-sung by a group of kids with a drum.
brighton_rebel
Great effort the first half not so great second. Great the fact that Royston have a load of young fans that get behind their team, even if the one with the drum was a bloody Wycombe fan.
HorshamRebel
Here's my take on Saturday For the first 15 minutes we were all over them, Royston never stood a chance as Slough were there first every single time. The best part of that period was the 10 passes from the "S" to the "N", which were as slick as can be. From then on, without any help from Royston, Slough slipped into despondency as all you could hear was moaning at the ref for some weird decisions. There didn't seem to be any passion left, but maybe when half time came Slough could be refreshed by a few pints. The second half saw a change of sides, with Slough and Royston sharing the same roof, and for the first five minutes the odd chant could be heard, but that was quickly drowned out by the Royston drum and a quick chant coming in from the side. Again Slough quickly gave up and without any side making that much noise for the rest of the game, the match finished without much passion from either side until the final whistle went and the pints could flow again. Yes, slough were missing their giant centre forward in Radders, but I must admit that without naming anyone in particular, Warren, who now prefers to watch Lewes or go to the pub he helps to run, had a very poor game. brighton_rebel
Marcus had a first half despite a groin strain, but it was definetly a game of two halves. The second summed up by 'Can you hear the Slough Town sing, no, no, i can't hear a.....'([****!!****] it, i'm off to the bar)

Don Juan DeMarcus
I was subbed after about 55 mins. Put in a shift first half but the tweaked the old injury and due to a lack of service became pedestrian 2nd half.
