Game on!! Cold

Very true. I just had to pop to the local shops, and with the high wind, the chill factor was registering -6 degrees..

Still - It's supposed to warm up from Friday.

Wasn't a dirty game at all really was a very good competitive game to play in. An incident on the sidelines caused a bit of a scuffle and 3 people got sent off only one was playing at the time tho.

I heard this, I heard that..... Amazing what Chinese whispers does.

Gary didn't crack anyone at all. He got involved in a scuffle and raised his hands hence the sending off. It was actually the Guildford assistant manager that threw a punch which is why he was sent off for violent conduct. The other Chertsey player sent off was a sub. He was dismissed for telling the assistant manager that threw the punch to F**k off! It all kicked off cos the guildford assistant thought he heard our sub call him a racist name which was totally wrong! He jumped on the racist band wagon and all hell broke loose! Our keeper lost his cool as he was being hounded and taunted all evening by the Guildford dugout! No excuse and my keeper knows that his actions lost us the game. We were completely in control at the time and couldn't see us losing!

not sure rascist "bandwagon" is a phrase to use Johnno. make it sound as if everyones using it as an excuse these days. be careful mate. agree with smudge seems funny how paul you comment on this game and not the redhill one. if anything more interest is taken in the southern league with godalming, chertsey and guildford all there among others and alot of old hand CCL like to follow their progress. by the sounds of it some hefty fines and bans will be landing on the doorstep of both teams. what was the score at the time of the incident anyway?
