Not quite a true reflection on the game but you cant argue that a team winning 3-0 didnt deserve it ! I just hope that they give the 5 the credit he deserves for his clearance at 1-0. Top Draw.

Kroons that is a thrashing,I went to Frimley and watched them complete the double over Eversley winning 1 0,talk about goals win games cos Eversley missed at least 3,but if you don't take your chances then you win nothing,3 valuable points for the green but not a good performance.

Dorking 0-0 Egham Town.

 

Decent game just lacking goals. Even first half, sarnies dominated the second but found the Chicks keeper in great form, making several fine saves. Borg even found time to make one of his own on one of Chicks rare second half attacks. Good point in the end for Dorking.

And there was me hoping Windsor would rise to the occasion. We were not very good today. Keeper for Dorking made a few decent saves but we should have done more with the possession we had.

Very enjoyable game. Ok it helped when G went down to 10 men (and more importantly Ross Allen not coming out for the 2nd half!) but Windsor played some lovely football in the 2nd half but missed a cutting edge up front.

 

Interesting to note that, imo, our 3 best players were the 3 17 year olds, Legg, Pearse and Jones, the latter 2 who came on at half time.

 

Nothing to be ashamed of in that performance at all, although it certainly underlined the weaknesses we are all aware of anyway.

 

Goalkeeper Bullivant injured himself when the 1st goal went in (twisted knee??) and was in difficulty for the rest of the game but doubt that made any difference.

 

Crowd of 513. (Shame it clashed with Chelsea ManU.) Good numbers from Guernsey.

Cove 3 Ash Utd 2

 

good local derby but shame about the officials

 

Cove go infront inside 2mins, we level with a cracking shot but before i could txt people we was behind again & that was it at ht. 2nd half cove went further infront with an og, but with 15mins to go we was awarded a pen(never was) which was tucked away. We then went for broke & not for a wonder save with almost the last kick off the game we may have come away from a good cove side with a point.

 

Got to mention tho how poor all officials were, especially the whistle man(if you can call that a whistle he had).... he got told how to control the game by both sets off players...shout loudest & you got the decision.....even the pen we got
