Gives our new players more time to gel in.

Plus I may now be able to go.

Most of our players have played with each other before. I would have wanted this game on because we are in good form and we dont have a game for over 10 days now

Well you can't play a game on a lake.

Bourne,Keiran,Coyne,Hayles etc are still new to the team this season and therefore will be new to some f it,another training session, another week off etc with no real backlogue of games will work in our favour. Our players will be straining at te leash to play against Borehamwood and fresh as a daisy where I think Borehamwood would of played 3 times in that time

Shame I'll be at Upton Park to miss that thrashing, mind you BW's clubhouse is shit with no real ales (there is a decent Spoons near the station though)

We've got Dover away before we play Borehamwood.

Will be interesting though - quite a few games this week (most of the teams around us are at home) and a full fixture list next Saturday (except us / Havant) so by the time we play Dover the majority of games in hand will have been played.

Back home now.

Found plenty to do in Weymouth. Gutted the game got called off as its not fair on the team to have to go all the way down there on a Tuesday night.

To be honest the rain was bad on Friday night and through out Saturday with hail in the late afternoon. Think if they have any more rain down there between now and the weekend i can see more games being called off for them.
