I do hope we have nothing to do with this.

It does seem a bit odd that they have named 3 clubs within 15 miles of each other.

If you encourage gambling in sport by naming a betting company as a major sponsor then I am afraid it opens the door for this sort of thing.

We was 8/1 to beat Chelmsford on Wednesday, ridiculous odds in a two horse race and a local derby.

My guess is a few people saw those odds and jumped on them and won some money, now blue square have probably cried foul.

Naming 3 sides surely leaves them open to legal action by the clubs should nothing be proved

I remember a game against Forest Green in the final game of the season one year. The betting patterns had been reported before the game and if I remember rightly Alan Alger or whatever his name is was told by Exeter players in the week leading up that "the result would be 2-1 Grays and the betting would be Grays to lose first half win second" which eventually happened

Apparently it was rife and believed to be a fixed but with no proof available what so ever.

That's the problem, at this level of football and with players moving clubs so often, it creates a "network of friends" and these games are open to being fixed, you just can not prove it...
