Cookie
I'll be posting a nomination thread shortly, once all March games have been completed so that it might help Mark. For me though Phil Starkey deserves some recognition for being ultra consistent. A player who goes about his business without getting many plaudits yet continues to be a major player at full back. Also consistent thus far have been Holloway and Beales. Others who deserve consideration for March, for me,are Bodkin,Hand,Dolby & Brown for various reasons. neeteretep
In my point of view the best improved player for March so far is Tommy Murphy, with Tommy Whitnell a close 2nd. A one time I wondered why they were included in the team. However after both being on the subs bench they have both come out fighting and look like the players we saw in the pre-season friendlies. marksandwell
I also agree they have both played well, and of course Bodkin who has had to play out of position has done a sterling job
Blue Banshee
Starkey deserves a mention - he has quietly been working away like Beales (but hasn't had the recognition) so gets my vote/suggestion.
Pagey
Has to be Bodkin surely Mark
I am Spartacus
Josh Mattless for me. The way he keeps the bench warm without using a cushion has not been seen since Luke Wheatley or Curtis Robinson were here.
Ace Sting
Phil Starkey for me, the most consistent player this month
Broadstairs Dave
My short list Matt Bodkin, plays exceptionally well whatever role he is given., Tom Murphy allowed to play as he wants now and is full of confidence to beat any defender
michael
I HAVE'NT ACTUALLY SEEN HIM PLAY IN THAT POSITION-BUT IS THERE a case for Dolby. Not sure many of us thought he could do well at left back-where from all reports-he has done well. Without him stepping in-we would have been well up the creek without a paddle In terms of 'achievement '-is that as good as anything else ?
