dannyriding
The guys on that pitch today dressed in blue stripes today were nothing short of awsome, they played Bognor off the pitch and if Im gonna be honest that was the BEST game I have witnessed at HDP for many a year. No 24 (Hand I think) was very very good in his breakdown of play and his distribution second half was BSS class and jermaine Brown is a breathe of fresh air with regard to his touch and control in mid field and for the controlled way that he just grabs the ball and slots it forward. The absolutely IMMENSE presence of Tommy Whitnell in what can only described as the two best goals of the season ( I sh&t you not). If we are not signing CH and his entourage up for the big push towards promotion then the hierachy need their heads sorting. As regards the Bognor support then dare I say it ... we could learn a thing or two from their example, loud and proud but always optomistic with a sense of humour. Epic result and time to get excited about this team
dflman
The Bognor support were nearly all wearing T Shirts printed "Margate Away - March 2013" and according to twitter at least 30 of them had been here since yesterday so had some kind of organised away trip which gave them a togetherness which was evident. Full marks to them
margateshot
They probably thought they could get booked into the travelodge
margateshot
Jermaine Brown makes it looked so controlled. When he gets the ball he just hesitates slightly and looks to see where he wants to put it.
Blue Banshee
Gotta say yes really enjoyed todays game - great football to watch; highly entertaining The away fans were a good bunch too - banter in the bar afterwards was a giggle

margate lad
Absolutely brilliant today. The passing and football on the ground was the best i have seen for a long time. Keep playing like that and will definitely make play offs. Well done Craig and Simon.

Wellsie
Got to reinforce the comments about the Bognor support - perhaps the best away support this season! Well done boys and girls.
Guernsey Tom
They all had a hearty breakfast at Toby Carvery as well !! good support bringing additional income to the area and the Club, why cant those in their ivory towers see this !!!, great game today really enjoyed it, PASSING FOOTBALL, does bring results although others on here disagree, and of course brings back the fans and leaves them smiling. Who is this CK anyway ? Just a quick mention Guernsey FC two steps below us in the Combined Counties League now n the Semi Finals of the FA Vase, won yesterday in Guernsey in the quarter final replay and the attendance was...........2597, awesome !!! AncientBlue
You supporters done your team proud, the best away bunch we've seen at Hartsdown Park this season. Totally agree with you Mark - Nice people out to have a good time and enjoy the game. Had the chance to talk to a few of them when they were wanting to get in. Good sports, all of them. margateshot
Another team that bought good support last season was Canvey, who we have at home next. With a couple of good results at Lewes and Enfield we should be looking at another good attendance. Lets hope we can get a 500 plus crowd. Time to spread the word and bring a friend. Tesco Bazza
Let's hope every away team brings support like bognors, especially if we perform like that infont of them! What it does show is that a hotel could be needed with a new ground! The choir would have taken them anyway
