@BedfontFeltham
The Blues welcomed Worcester Park FC to The Orchard on Saturday after the latter had beaten top runners Frimley Green 3-1 away from home in their previous league game and had beaten The Blues 3-0 when they had met earlier in the season. The game was barely 2 minutes old when the visitors went in front after both defenders and keeper hesitated whilst waiting for an offside flag that did not come and the Worcester Park forward netted without a challenge. This followed a 2 minute goal given away the previous week when playing Eversley. After this major setback Feltham clawed their way back into the game and proceeded to outplay their opponents creating several chances of their own which they failed to finish. H/T 0-1 The Blues started the second half in similar fashion playing some really superb football at times only falling at the last hurdle by not converting their many chances. The few spectators and officials that were present knew what was coming next and surely enough on 86 minutes following another bout of bad defending after a Park corner the ball was scrambled home to secure the victory for Worcester Park. The away side must have walked away from this game wondering how they had secured all three points despite the fact that probably they only had possession for 40% of the time and had been outplayed for long periods in the game, the difference being that they converted 2 out of their 3 chances and Feltham converted none out of at least half a dozen. Full Time 0-2 On the positive side this was a much better display than last week with the side working a lot harder and playing some really attractive football and they really deserved something out of this game.
