tickets are on sale now so go and get one....it will get you into the ground quicker and prevent queuing...

 

get to the ground early...around 11.30 to 12ish to avoid delays and to ensure a good watching point...if you leave it till the last minute you may find yourselves hanging from a floodlight to watch the game...

 

leave cars at home if you can...it'll be a busy old car park and delays will occur in getting in there....

 

bars open from 10am for rugby watching and the restaurant will be open from 4pm for sunday lunch/dinner...bookings only by telephone to the club...01708-220080

 

bar food will be served all day and the restaurant will be used for players and officials before and after the match...

 

so there will be a little more room in the bar area normally used by players....

 

60 replica shirts arrive on Monday and if you want one be quick off the mark...pm urchinett cos sh'e got 'em.....

 

wooly red urchin hats and scarves arrive as well....

as for me...breakie at the club around 10ish...rugby on telly....walk the ground and smell the atmosphere as it builds....usual standing area by the press box behind Georgies kennels and a sunday beano on the restaurant afterwards with perhaps a bottle of rioja...

I used to know the fella many years ago. Good bloke he was too. Then he found god and kind of went a bit strange. I went to knock for him one time and he answered the door in the nude with just his Bday suit on & a joint hanging out his mouth! Ever since then I have tried to avoid the chap.
