Chase Side Towner
Long away trip today to a sure to be freezing Suffolk coast. Nothing to lose and we're defending better than when we lost a two goal lead against them earlier in the season, so let's hope for a good performance today. Wrap up well if you're going. C'mon the Town

Chase Side Towner
Superb team performance from everyone on the bench to everyone on the pitch. If we were playing like that from the start of the season we would now be challenging for the play-offs. This wasn't a graceful Enfield Town performance but we easily matched a team that has made this division's play-offs for the last two years. No doubt if you read the Lowestoft report the biased press officer will tell you we were lucky to get away with a point, but speaking to their fans after the game and they all said it was a very fair result. First half neither keeper had much to do, they hit the outside of the post but Imber did look as if he had it covered. Mark Henry had a shot on target from outside the box saved by thrie keeper. Great near post cross from Jey was headed over the by Gunz with the their keeper beaten I would urge everyone now to see if the above incidents get a mention from the so called Lowestoft propaganda manager (Terry). Probably not, it's all about Lowestoft and how unlucky they are with their punt it up the park tactics. Second half they might half scored, indeed should have when we got very slack at the right back position (Gunz, just clear the [****!!****]ing ball!!!). We produced the best save of the match in the seconds half when Henry (forgive me on this one, I think it was Mark?) fired in a shot from 25 yards, a very good save from the LT keeper. Superb performance from the whole squad. We are definitely the match of a team that has made the play-offs the last two years. Take a bow the whole team. No-one wants to play us now as they will get nothing out of us, and they know we score goals. I believe Mark Henry also broke his nose in a challenge near the end? Anyway, he was my MOTM Superb guys, feel very proud of yourselves tonight. Kirby, only the one kebab for you, you're looking trim, keep it up son! Steph
I thought it was hammett's shot. It was someone with hair anyway.
AnfieldTowner
Yes, I think the shot was Bryan's too - great shot and a great save from the keeper. Was a fantastic team performance in freezing conditions amid the snow flurries - to a man, everybody involved played their part to the full. For me, Mark Kirby embodied the spirit of the team and put in his best performance of the season. Noel Imber didn't have as many saves to make as in recent matches but put in another solid performance and is a big contributory factor to our recent defensive improvements. Definitely a valuable point gained - now let's go for the win against Wingate & Finchley!
