marksandwell
Standing on the terraces with several of you at every home and away game, can be very difficult at times. How often my head will drop, and i turn away at any set piece that i think we could concede a goal. I do try and encourage all the players and the team, yes i will cuss and growl and snarl at the obvious poor decision taken by one of our players in passing/shooting/tackling/marking. But i am also very aware that each game the team and players do go out and try their best, and they do wear the Blue or (away) strip with PRIDE. And what the players also should appreciate how many times have we said, he needs to score a goal to give him confidence, and him, and him, and him.. I'm also certain the players are putting a lot of pressure on themselves to SCORE or keep a CLEAN SHEET, they know they want to score, they know they want the good runs to start again.... So as a call to arms, can I ask that all of us Including me start this Saturday ONLY giving positive shouts to our lads, encourage them when they don't succeed. LETS RAISE THEIR CONFIDENCE AND SHOW THEM WE ARE WITH THEM ALL THE WAY....WHO'S WITH ME. Still give the crap to the opposition keeper and ref though.... BlueGate Alan
Nice sentiments Mark, but sadly there are too many who will still come to game and moan at anything.

theoldman
Well said Mark, that's the spirit. Remember, no-one wants to have a bad game, having waited all week to play. It's up to the Management team to get them off asap if they are.
