My Grandfather loved gardening and grew the largest cabbages in East Gwent at one time. If Ian could do this then great. They need to be used and we need to have a moderator for each forum The moderator should also make regular posts to that forum to generate interest. Remember that every topic made here, is automatically tweeted and put on facebook - they are also quickly found in search engines, so the more detailed the posts, the more people will find them and contribute.
