Step 4 I believe you would be capable of holding your own. And could get out of the league with a couple of years work.

Step 3 I would consider a jump to high for your current squad. And that would be the time I think your be looking to mainland players.

I hope you manage promotion this year, as seeing how Guernsey handle step 4 is an exciting prospect.

Spot on Tommo,Guernsey are a class act at Step 5,technically there all very good,but they also work hard as well,they are the best team in the league,Step 4 however is full of teams just as good as them if not better,and Im sure the coaching staff at Guernsey know this as well,saying that I would still tip this current Guernsey team to finish in the top 10 inThe Rymaan league division one

Yes, Tony Vance has said in the past that he would consider any player for selection if he lived in Guernsey. However it is not that easy to move to the island as housing restrictions apply to non-locals.
