Greetings one and few, good to see so many of you are all well. Can't be arsed to read through 552 new posts in the GF, so I may never know why everyone in EFM has taken it upon themselves to prove that they are in EFM by changing their name to include EFM at the end (not you, Zeal), and I may never know what happened to make people think Chubbhead can't drink beer.

 

All is well down here. Had the rugby club initiation last night, and an interesting one it was too. Wearing nothing but boxer shorts and trainers, everyone is placed in 'families' of 5 or so people. I was one of the 'Pretty Boys' ironically enough. Then everyone proceeds to run through the streets of Canterbury doing various tasks at various pubs (for some strange reason a lot of these tasks involved drinking alcohol). After completing a task a letter was written on your back, to spell out Kent Rugby. After running through Canterbury, then back up to the university and drinking in three of the bars on campus, the racewas one by yours truly and family. Good shout I reckon. Drinks I can remember...:

 

A pint of Strongbow

Strawpedo'ing a bottle of something which also had tabasco sauce in

A pint of Guinness with an egg yolk in

 

and many more...

 

So yes, all is well. Good to hear that on the field things are improving, we've scored twice in two matches now! Still with you all in spirits and shots, I'll be back some time in the future, not sure when.

 

How's EFMFC getting on? Anyone care to fill me in briefly on the news and gossip from t'Park and surrounding areas?
