Totternhoe 1-2 Hale Leys. Visitors take the lead a few mins into the second half. A very sticky pitch and linesman wearing a woolly hat.

Totternhoe back level with 20 mins to go having missed 2 good chances. Hale Let's forward headed straight at Totts keeper when it looked easier to score.

Hale Let's have q goal disallowed for offside with a very late flag ( not Petes mate)

Well none of the lads in reserves and the few fringe players can argue that they should be in first team from what I'm hearing. No match practice isn't really an excuse to not get basics right. Hopefully they think this our first team cos we have them soon be good if they think we are a soft touch

0-1 London Tigers v Hanwell Town

A hard thought 3 points today but we deserved them.

R.Pither got his 17th goal of the season.

Conner Duffy suffered a nasty injury right at the end of the game and was taken to hospital hope he is ok.

So what are they like, we have them Tuesday. We went down 4-2 today, I don't necessarily agree with the timings of the goals as stated. I believe they scored 3 in 20 minutes and no way was their first in the first 5 minutes. Putman is a good player, can be quite predictable. Oxhey aren't a bad side, quite strong and work hard, but no real stand out players bar Putman. Took us to go 3-0 down to start getting more into again, which we can't afford to happen. Gave Oxhey a good 45 minutes in the 2nd half, won that half 2-1, need to take that performance into Tuesday night with the big one against Tigers

Watched a very unlucky amersham today to a good harpenden side - prob the best iv seen harpenden in many years to be fair!

Also up the road caught a bit of the jets - holmer game in second half and i've got to say mr HGFC i know you have to be positive but i actually never see you get out your half? What i see of lewis putman again though i agree he is very predictable but how can you stop the pace he has? Jets bought on 3 very good subs which clearly is why there up there with strength and depth. See terry smith notch with hes first touch from hanwell - hope you got a good pay out for him savage?

I can understand your point and yes at times we do struggle to. However, when we do we actually do look a threat. Hence scoring two goals against a team up the top of the league. There are always to deal with different tams approaches, just we haven't figured that out yet!

Enjoyed watching New Bradwell St Peter pick up their third point of the season today in a 1-1 draw at home to Chesham United Reserves. Overall a fair result, Chesham were let down by some indecisive attacking play although there was a bit of last-gasp Bradwell defending at times and the home keeper made some good saves. With about ten minutes to go Chesham made the breakthrough but Bradwell's heads didn't drop and they deserved their late equaliser from a penalty. Hope that the Chesham player who was stretchered off after a full-blooded 50:50 ball is okay.
