But they're charging for it. And why don't other clubs in far flung corners of the country offer the same service? As has been said, the Isthmian league won't allow it. Niether will the Conference. What happens when / if you go

They may be charging - doesn't mean they are making a profit - just thinking of the fans perhaps?

As for other clubs in far flung corners - well I couldn't answer that , but not really relevant to CCL is it? Also of no concern to CCL clubs if / when GFC get promoted - but I hope they will see the light and allow it , but not my decision.

You make no reference to whether E&E are being hypocritical banning it though? Just wondered everyone's view

Bloody hell, I'm trying to give you advice to avoid being chucked out of the FA Vase.

E&E are not being hypocritical in my opinion.

I'll tell you why other clubs don't do it - it's a bad idea and it's against the law. It's copyright infringement.

I'd be very shocked if GFC had not spoken and had permission from the FA before setting up GFC TV. The guys running GFC have done everything in a professional manner, so no reason to think that they have not received permission for this.

Dorking nil hw two

We beat them 4 3 away first game of season and I said then both sides would be near bottom

Well done hw. You battled well and maybe wanted it more

On reflection letting in five goals in two games against a pretty poor side isn't good enough

Strangely I think our defenders are our better players

Time for EVERYONE at the club to look at what we are doing and decide if we are helping or hindering progress.

I'm not going to repeat what I did on here a few seasons back as I accept the reality of the situation

I don't think anyone at Dorking football club can take any pride in where we are on and off the field

If we all carry on as we are , we will have noone wanting to play, no one wanting to coach, no one wanting to watch

The players need to want to play for the club and work for each other

The coaches need to yet again widen their net and put out a competitive side that doesn't ship goals

The supporters need to turn up. Bring a friend and do a bit for the club in whatever way we can

The directors need to facilitate and encourage that.

Overall we all need to work together to improve

Right now I see no unity of purpose or any sense of direction.

I'm sick to death hearing about supermarkets councils and vandalism

We have football matches to play whatever happens over the brook

Everyone at Dorking FC who reads this please consider this

If you are helping win those games thankyou

Try a bit harder!

If you are hindering us win matches, please get out of the way.

Sorry TSF I can have no sympathy.

Dorking was once a great club, small Town and no one could ask for a better location. You our right bang slap middle in the centre of town. However your committe have allowed one of the great amateur southern grounds to become derelict and run down.I recall a player telling me a couple of seasons ago there was a bush growing in the changing room from outside.Despite ten years of decent income from Bookham you have done bugger all with the pitch allowing it to become one of the worst surfaces going. Is it no wonder players come and go along with managers?I know nothing of Dorking and it's owners and i'm sure certain individuals have done their uttermost but it's plain to see something has gone badly wrong somewhere. As a result is it suprising to see you slipping down the leagues?

Im not asking for sympathy MILF, our troubles are our own in the main.

I wont comment on the income from Bookham!

Id like to correct you on one thing.

Our committee havent allowed anything, we are not a committee run club, we dont have a committee.

The club is owned by a ltd company controlled by a family, this family saved the club from likely extinction some years back and for that and their efforts since are to be thanked.

They also succeeded in defending a hostile eviction action by the council in court.

Sadly that has come at a cost financially and personally to the owners, and it is very difficult for them to now pull us out of the hole Dorking FC has found itself in.

This is why I have called for us all to work together : fans, coaches, owners players.

No point hiding it , the club is in a poor state. and to move forward we need to all look at ourselves very hard and decide if we can help or if we are a hindrance.

Im not pointing fingers individually. Our current left back didnt get us relegated a few seasons back. Our current coaching team werent responsible for us dropping out of the Ryman, our owners didnt lose us the game Saturday, I'm not responsible for the pitch being built on a tip with a spring in one corner.

However, we are all now looking to the future and the current state of our club.

It needs a co-ordinated well led effort to improve the club, and if individually any of us feel we can't help in that, we should consider making way for someone who can.

Bedfont 0 badshot lea 3

Three well taken goals beat us in a poor performance from us take away nothing from baggy thought they were a good footballing side but our postponements of our games really showed an collectively was very poor hopefully tuesdays game will be on but its in doubt already so we get back to doing ourself justice.

Lw was a decent player but given to much time an space by the fellas as with the rest it was as if it was a stroll in the park just poor

Met beano who was always about when i was at lammas still a decent fella all the best badshot lea for rest of the season

Newby, took this game in on Saturday and you're right Baddy Lea deserved the win. Thought you guys weren't at your best, looked rusty, lacking energy and ideas. Don't think or it didn't appear that players were giving 100 % in my opinion and were going thru'the motions ?

But Baddy Lea had to stop their rot and down spiral having only won 1 with 8 loses before Saturday, so they probably got a kick up the rectum before the game ;) !

Talking of down spiral whats happened to Molesey ? They too like Baddy Lea going thru' a bad patch as their bad form continues with Wembley beating them Saturday. Molesey haven't won in their last 8 games losing 6 and drawing only 2 and thats the team in my opinion should have beaten Guernsey when I watched them recently had their early chances been converted and had Tardif in the Guernsey goal not pulled off some great saves.

So why ? Has the continued break of games due to adverse weather affected them? Well it seems it hasn't for Hartley Wintney ! With their Back-to-Back wins, it has made the basement relegation zone very interesting, as a few weeks ago HW looked doomed but not now, so well done to them :D !!! Others now will be looking over their shoulder.....

It could well end up very interesting at the top of the CCL Prem as well should the clubs with games in hand win them !

totally agree players were talking to me after saying they felt like they hadnt done anything which is a shocking statement for this level of football youve got to give 100% or your going to get beaten. talking is non existent when me an gavin bamford dont play an its one of our weaknesses you need eleven skippers on a pitch sadly we dont, but were a young side so there always ways to improve the fellas an its there first season at this level so are a bit naive but hey onwards an upwards as they say. ;)

Horley Town 3 Croydon 0. Horley missed a penalty at 3-0. Fairly even game but we scored 3 goals midway through first half which killed the game. Croydon played some decent football but didn't really threaten our goal.

Very disappointingly Horley's 18 year old Jack Poplett broke his ankle when his studs stuck in the pitch when making a tackle. No blame to any Croydon player. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Nathan Jupp scored the first two and then Chris Weller scored from the penalty spot.Got one of the goals on video www.youtube.com/user/HORLEYFC

Some photo's at www.horleytownfc.btck.co.uk/

Jack is having his ankle pinned today , we all wish him well. Enjoyed teh first half very strange goal the 2nd one, 2nd half went a bit flat.

One interesting thing from Saturday (or not) the referee completed the game without having the lights turned on.

Lots of goals at Worcester park. 4 4. We were 2 1 up at ht going downhill with goals from baker and William and looking ok. Second half credit to park as they battered us for 25 mins and got 4 2 up. Baker got one back with 10 mins to go and them centre half blockham grabbed and last min leveller .

Strange moment in the game. Worcester park free kick 40 yards out. The player takes the free kick before the whisle is blown to go ahead. Everyone stops and centre half cathces in the box to retake the kick. Ref then gives park a penalty for handball as he had his back to the free kick and wasn't aware it was taken early. After a long time and alot of talking the lineman confirmed to the ref what had happen and we free kick was retaken. It was cleared when smashed in from 20 yards.

Yea that was a strange thing with the pen!! I won't score a goal like that again for a long time!! Also we had the chances to kill the game off at 4-2 put didn't take the chances.

Anyway - Farnham 1 Camberley 3.

I was in the bar so didn't see the challenge but our goalie got a straight red for denying a goal scoring opportunity. No arguments with that but it made me wonder why the punishment for that - a three game ban - is the same as violent conduct. Seems harsh.

Just spotted this. It's only a one match ban for a dismissal for DOGSO (Denying an Obvious Goal Scoring Opportunity). The same amount of time for a dismissal for receiving two cautions in the same match.

Even a QUANGO like Common Purpose can be classified as a charity - although how charitable they are is open to debate.
