We cannot play Molesey next Thursday as we play Farnham on the Friday!

Looks like Molesey v Wood on Tuesday 12th Feb now!

Went to Ash tonight. Deserved win for HW in a fractious game ending with a red card for an Ash player (2 yellows, 2nd one dissent).

Pitch was fine (well done).

Egham 7 Croydon 1, it was a bit of payback after they beat us in the league a few weeks back, 2-0 at Half time the Trams pulled a goal back but we then went through the gears to a comfortable win 7-1...........Wembley or Raynes Park at home in the next round

Horley Town 1 SouthPark 2 (League Cup)

A typical local derby game I think it was three booked for Horley and Five for Southpark. Southpark went one nil up after a terrible mistake by keeper Ian Chatfield then went two nil up with a mistake at the back and Southpark were the better team in the first half. When town went back to two up front in second half we had three good chances to score before the goal of the game was scored by skipper Danny Guscott http://www.youtube.com/user/HORLEYFC (Got it on video as well). and Southpark were hanging on or the last ten minutes. Good luck to them in the next round and we still have to play them twice more in the League.

Our match at Chessington that was postponed on Tuesday will now take place tomorrow night at Chalky Lane, weather permitting.

Fingers crossed. I'll have some of that if it's on!

Dorking 0-0 Wembley

Thoroughly depressing evening at Meadowbank.

No goals, no hot food, no crisps, no programmes, no Cannigia, no thespursfan, no Big JR.

Windy cold & blustery showers.

I had already posted earlier that I was unable to attend, Trevor.

Actually, I'm up to my eyes in medico/legal matters at the moment (family, not me).

Had a long gruelling session talking to a neuro surgeon from St Barts, and by the time I had settled back at home, the last thing on my mind was a blustery evening at Meadowbank.

Can't comment on the food and crisps, (lack of). Not my domain !!

I for one am sad to see Paul go.

Always passionate about his football and his club.

Never the easiest to referee when he played but I believe that he had mellowed as a manager.

Good luck to him in whatever he does next and also to Ash United in their search for a new manager
