HOLLOWAY

STARKEY BEALES POOLEY CAMPBELL

BODKIN CORNEILLE AVERY RHODES

WHITNELL ROOK

SUBS LONG MURPHY DOLBY STUBBS

This is my suggestion for Saturdays line up a it looks professionally balanced with age and experience.I see Long replacing Bodkin after 65 mins, Dolby replacing Rhodes at 70 mins. This should see us through to our first wn of 2013 with a 2 0 win . Any thoughts on your suggestions? Come on you Gate. Win them all and we will be champions .Happy new year everybody

For me Stubbsy needs to start - my question mark is over CK's favourite. Also Rook definitely needs to start every game - centre forwards miss more than they get but if they don't play consistently it all goes wrong

Think Cookie needs to do two Player of Month awards for February instead of one for this month, as no home games to judge on and only one away for January.

I know I keep on about DOLBY and how I think he will be a star in our bid for promotion but I seriously do believe he still will be. I hope he isn't ignored so much by CH as was when CK was here. LONG is coming back to his best judging on games prior to cancellations. He will have a big say in things too.

Sad to see ALAILE go as I thought he was best at centre back. Both he and POOLEY were out of place at full back and BOTH could justify their place in central defence. I would just have preferred ALAILE to POOLEY because of his heading ability being slightly better, something we are going to miss enormously with BALL having gone but I'm not entirely dissatisfied that it is POOLEY who will get that spot.

Just that left back spot to sort out and though mentioned previously in jest about his time being up before its started that is still a concern with me after the departure of ALAILE. Will his loan time here begin the day we start playing matches again or HAS it expired already.

In todays IOTG, Craig rates Jermaine Brown very highly, saying he is quick and gets into positions between opponents midfield and defence, thus linking up with front men, though he needs to get fit as not played much.

Has been raining in London this morning but now stopped, everything crossed now for tomorrows game and, at least, sunshine is forecast albeit it cold again.
