Smudge

Recommended Posts

Have just read through the comments of yesterdays games, concerning amongst them.Unsubstantuated racial slurs against a named individual.Very dangerous territory indeed for any Forum, but alas the post stays up.If I was the person named I would be using every power within the Law,to track these individuals down. With a view to a Court case.

Think I Must be a jonah though, because at 2 of the past 3 games I have been to,incidents have occurred.Did I run on here, and tell you what Happened in one of my late night rants NO.That is for the respective bodies to sort out,on evidence produced, however on both occassions I have intervened to stop things escalating further.Did I have to NO,am i glad I intervened YES.Now we have a new poster on the block 'LISA THE PHOTOGRAPHER' who takes pictures of Headbutts,Slaps, that the Ref never saw.Yes they may of happened but posts like that do not give the CCL a GOOD IMAGE.I wonder if she paid to come in yesterday?Have heard that she wants £5 for a pic,and is affiliated to Knaphill and Westfield.

The posts took away the gloss of a very fine victory for Sheerwater,on an excellent playing surface. That they had worked hard on,to get the game played.Loop(John cookie Cook)Foxy10(Dan Fox) have moulded a good squad now, that will be hard to beat,by any CCL1 side.Always nice to meet decent people, and Sheerwater have them in abundance.A Club on the up,who looked after me well.

Quote of the Day:-'The only thing I regret is not booking the SK No 4' words said to myself in the Clubhouse after the game, by the Referee.

Your comments have no substance and is the same old rubbish as usual.

You wasn't at yesterday's game so you haven't got a clue what went on but I was there.

Simmonds knows full well what he said and his committee member on the touch line does to.

As I said and will continue to say they should be ashamed of themselves.

Actually Smudge I cover all local sport in Woking for the local paper as well as being an official club photographer.i don't see you point however about my comments about the game. It was a fantastic win for Sheerwater and Cookie and the boys are rightly proud of what the team has done not only in that game but against Eversliegh the game before.

As for the headbutt and slap, everyone on the sidelines saw it, not just me and there was plenty of 'afters' from SK that shouldn't have happened. That's their problem and Sheerwater behaved impeccably. Even some of the SK players I spoke to after we're annoyed with their own team mates reactions.

Now. Whether I 'paid' to come in is irrelevant. Why? Because playing on pitch 2 as Sheerwater did yesterday means they can't charge a gate. As for other games, I DO pay when it's not a game I'm covering for an assignment or for the club themselves.

Secondly, yes I sell my photos. I'm a professional photographer trying to make a living. The players love my shots and so do parents of Woking Town FC who i am also the official photographer for. I'm not quite sure why you seem to have a problem with that?

Anyway. Unless you were there yesterday and were blind you can't really make such daft comments as y have above.

As you were.

So lets all wait and see if any officials make it 'Official'.

If the do make it official I hope they make a mention of the Sheerwater supporter who got involved when he didn't need to and made matters worse by putting his hands on the SK goalkeeper and trying to push him away. He then got told to F off by the keeper. The same 'supporter' then went and made sure he was in the middle of the sheerwater chairman talking to the SK manager whe he had absolutely no reason to get involved whatsoever. Do you know his name at all smudge? I've got pictures of him going wherever the next row was. Perhaps you can identify him for me? I know most of the people at Sheerwater and have a good time with them but don't know this bloke.

Lisa you should like all ex Press people at least get your facts right, when making statements.

Suprised you have such a short memory, because we actually chatted for 30 mins at the Westfield v Warlingham game,by the touchline,in the 1st half.

Was I a Westfield/Warlingham supporter that night?

Likewise was I a Sheerwater/Kilburn supporter on Saturday, you seem to think I was a Sheerwater fan on this occassion,or is that remark tongue in cheek,I hope so.I would like to think that Trevor Wenden,Chris Wye,John Cook,Danny Fox,any many others at Sheerwater were my Friends. In fact I know they are, reason picked up from the Station by Pete, after 4 phone calls from Chris and Danny 2 before I left Croydon, once during my journey by train, then , 1 when I arrived at West Byfleet Station.Surely only friends would do that,oh and by the way was offered a lift back to the Croydon Area by Ricky Borett, known him for about 3 years when he was a youth at Whyteleafe) which I declined,as I wished to stay a little longer, celebrating an excellent Sheerwater victory, which I did.

Then taken to the station by John (the magician)Cook.

You obviously did not contribute to the cost of putting on the game,in anyway,by your remarks of the 2nd pitch? I donated £5, worth every penny, just to have my photo taken by you,Can I order a couple, although on second thoughts,I am not the most photogenic.

Thought the surface was excellent, and maybe other Clubs should look out for a back up pitch.Glad I stayed, had a decent chat/drink with Sandhursts Jamie Daltrey, Westfields Sam Black/Brown,the hat trick hero from the Warlingham game.Oh and the 3 Officials, shows I do not hold grudges.

Now I am a man that has old fashioned values,Respect being one of the most important of them, unfortunately Chris Christie did not respect what I was trying to do for him by his remarks to me,but it was done in the best intentions by me,and he did leave the area, almost immediately. Thanks Terry for that word in his ear. When you next go down to Westfield ask Darren and John their thoughts about me,in fact ask anyone who has met me,you could include yourself in that, what I am like, you may be shocked or maybe not.

A LOVER NOT A HATER thats for sure,my tip for the Div 1 title Westfield has been since Day 1,bottom 3 Knaphill.

Wow are all of you people serious, how are you going to moan about the events at the sheerwater vs sk game, all the things mentioned are you really telling me they dont happen at all if not most step 5/6 games, ok sk should of behaved better but some of you have a vendetta against south kilburn, handbags ,moaning at refs managers shouting and swearing it happens all the time but because its south kilburn most of you have come on here and talk about it its pathetic, and as for you NLN you are the worst you seem to have some sort of infatuation with south kilburn if you would like we could get your friend lisa the photographer to take a nice little squad photo of us which you could place on your bedroom wall so you wouldnt have to come on here and write about us every week, all coming from a man whose team racially abuse us not once but twice last season and its got nothing to do with being black as one of the incidents was involving are korean player, i suggest you stop coming on this forum and calling us things like scumbags, if you are a man please say it to are faces when we come to your lovely fantastic ground, please just do that you absolute coward i know you havnt got the minerals to do that, and also i wonder if your little photographer would ever use photos of your club if they was involved in a bit of handbags on the field.....yea i dont think so do you

Thats the thing - a lot of your players are fine you are generally let down by your clown of a manager and idiot of a keeper. The way you behaved at ours last season was the worst I have ever seen in 20 years of football from anyone and your accusation of racism was false. The lad in question is probably the quietest mild mannered guy ever. At the game in October one of your guys asked who NLN was i replied and he said oh and walked away. I'l gladly have a beer with you afterwards and discuss things.

We dont come on here saying westfield this westfield that, no one even uses this site really from south kilburn, decided to come on this site to tell people the otherside of the story, because all they hear is the one sided story from people like you, you say that last season at yours was the worst youve seen in football i guess a few of our players would say the same, dont you think something must of happened for all of that situation to keep escalating like it did at the time, at the end of the day you are gonna deny what happend untill the cows come home ,those men who were on that pitch know what happened, one of our players a 27 year old man walked of the pitch last season with tears pouring fown his face after what was said to him, i dont think a normal insult would of done that to him do you, can you just stop coming on here calling us scumbags and things like that because as you said its not all of the team.

Right let me be clear here. My issue isn't with SK. Like I said I spoke to some of their players after and they were decent enough and just as angry at the ones that had let the side down. It's them I feel for.

My issue with smudge. He's such a 'big man' that he was apparently all nice as pie and chatted to me at a Westfield game yet when it comes to the forum here where he's hiding behind the safety of his keyboard and feeling REALLY brave, he has a pop at me over my photography, not paying (when he didn't either) and then starts to tell the world how loved he is.

My question to smudge is this. Why are YOU in EVERY single photo of an argument between players, staff and officials after the game? Yes you.

Come and discuss it rationally with me at Frimley on tuesday night or Knaphill v Sheerwater on Saturday. Ill be there and we can dismiss it like real people. Or perhaps you'd prefer to be a coward and stay behind the safety of your keyboard and hurl insults.

I'm going to concentrate on the CCL and the great football I see from teams week in and week out if you don't mind. THAT'S what I care about

Lisa, you appear to tweet a lot of your pictures (or at least the Woking based clubs - Sheerwatet, Knaphill, Westfield - retweet your pictures on a daily basis). So why not back up your comments by sharing this 'evidence' you claim to have??

PS. You really do tweet a lot don't you?!?! Gives Joey Barton a run for his money! Can't really understand the attraction myself - great for keeping up to date with results, live scores and news on fixtures, etc, but just can't understand why people like to live their lives and share their every movement in such a public environment. Each to their own though I suppose......

South Kilburn haven't mentioned either the incident or result on their website, strangely enough...
