JRC
Ok we have signed few players but why not use same of the reserves give them same playing time... Iv seen few games at home this season last game whitstable which we won.. Played very well few boys really stand out Conor young, Ryan freeman.. So why they not playing a few games here an there? margate lad
Agree jrc, i cant always get to 1st team away games so often pop up and watch resrves and i watched the whitstable game and thought that ryan freeman, if he was the right winger, was outstanding and whitstable just couldnt handle him. and there are one or two others that i feel could possibly step up, as you said, connor young, connor barham, dan gonzallez-bello who holds the ball up really well and doesnt stop working. These are young players that we dont really want to lose but probs will do if there not getting a sniff at first team footie
JRC
That's true problem will lose them other clubs came in give them an offer then deal is done another player lose... Same thing should be done about it, why not start giving them game time..see what they do.. Or get them tied done for next season??
Coffin Ender
The gap between Kent League reserve football and the Ryman Premier is huge. It's better to loan out the better reserve players to Kent League/Ryman South clubs and see how they do.
JRC
So why don't we loan out are best reserves players too clubs see how they do get same game time in the leagues? Iv heard few rumours that few clubs are after same of are players in reserves.
margate lad
understand what you are saying CE but some of these young lads are only 17 or 18 i believe, so may not have transport to travel out on loan and if they do go surely they might decide to stay at the club they go to as not being on contract i presume there is no hold on them. surely its worth putting on bench and giving them 10 or 15 mins if game is already won or lost
JRC
It's hard really what to do..be good if could go out on loan...like you say 10-15 mins would be good for them, I don't think would hurt to do.. Keep your best young players build for the future.. Put them on a non pay contract or same thing..

Tesco Bazza
Is he a candidate for the first team job, he has built a side from nothing and now is even winning games.
