tringarmy Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 From www.tafc.co.uk Management Changes at Athletic (posted Mon 21st Jan 2013) Tony Armitage has decided to step down from his role as Coach and Assistant to First Team Manager Julian Robinson and the Club would wish to thank Tony for his hard work and commitment to his role at the Club since he joined in the summer of 2011. The Club is however pleased to announce that Ian Richardson has stepped up from the Reserves to assist Julian with the running the First Team. Ian is a former professional footballer with experience in running and coaching sides and our young side will benefit from this addition. The Reserves will continue to be run by Colin Phillips with Stuart Stedman undertaking his player/coach role and Dave Whicker, who has been out injured since early this season, has been helping out and keeping involved with the Club. There is a however an opportunity for someone, ideally with goalkeeping coaching skills, to assist the First and Reserve teams at training and Reserves on a match day.
