New manager

No point sitting around feeling sorry for ourselves. Who do you fancy as the new manager?

Ian Jenkins has done a great job at Cray over the last decade and looks like he has taken them as far as they will go.

Scott Porter has had lots of success at Hythe.

The Chuckle Brothers at Sittingbourne have got them to fourth with no money. Though I accept this would be controversial.

Anyone else?

Someone who comes from the other end of the motoway would be good, they need to be able to continue training wherever they train and the new person must have Ryman knowledge. Cray man sounds good to me.

As a Saints AND Margate supporter, yesterday turned out to be quite a day, losing Nigel Adkins in the morning and Chris Kinnear in the

afternoon, was a bit much!

Any other Argentinians around ..... ?

Julian Dicks has thrown his hat into the ring on Twitter

And with a current managerial record of

P.113 W.31 D.24 L.58 - Win% 27.43, Loss% 51.33

we wont have to fight off any other clubs for him.

Who cares who the manager is we'ave had famous names, untried managers at this level.Every type of manager avaliable need the players and right team who ever they are.One feels Mr Ball won't be the only one of the players doing the off.One kinnear might stay the junior version.

I'm with CE on this one. Manager with proven experience at this level - Ian Jenkins at Cray fits bill. Can't afford to go with an inexperienced hand. Inevitably will lose momentum but we are in the play off hunt and can still make it. New man needs to maintain team spirit and build from there. We could do with Tuesdays match falling foul of the weather to give us time to regroup.

will Kevin Raine take charge for a few games just to keep things steady ,whilst the search goes on.

No 'stellar' manager i would think as doubt whether the club can afford such an appointment.

lets have someone ordinary

yep-realised when i posted that was not very specific.

i guess as others post-just want someone who has been around the block a few times, served time as a manager at this or maybe slightly lower level.

whilst he is staying on 'at present', there are possibly a number of reasons why steve browne-Forsters assistant -could well work out well

Julian dicks throws his name into every non league job that tells u he is desperate. Don't want that.

Cugley has done well at folkestone and is probably wanting a new challenge.

Southall was gills number 2 under hessentalher but is he really setting the world alight.

The wards are doing miracles at sittingbourne.

All of these will be inexspensive
