For the record is in fact an excellent film & not a sick film as stated by X-Man or Craig as MB likes to call him. Ok there are some unpleasant scenes in it but it is essential to the plot & highlights how bad racism was in the deep south in the 50's & 60's. It isn't a racist film.

Syd, the film superbly portrays the civil rights struggle in the early 60's and shows, ultimately, some measure of justice being served on the backward rednecks who were preventing progress in the most vicious way. Gene Hackman is fantastic in his role.

Just let Craig continue to make a cock of himself. He will still be a self appointed big name in MK.
