Havant 5 Hx 2

cup of tea

Same thing happened at Bromley too many key personnel missing at the back and then to lose Reiss is a major blow we dont have the quality in depth at the .moment im sure normal service will be resumed soon we have no choice every games a cup final now and no points are taken for granted in this division

Paul Goodacre failed a late fitness test yesterday and losing Reiss early meant a makeshift defence with Ronnie coming in to partner Elliot at the back.

We played some good stuff near the end, great passing but as we pushed forward we left ourselves open for the counter,.

Great last quarter of the game though.

We can compete with nearly anyone in this league with our first choice team out.

Thats the problem Simon we dont have that luxury at the moment for instance the left back position lost our best player to ricay and reynolds back to daggers but sure jim and colin will work their magic

you can look at stats whichever way you choose 5 wins in 9 or 1 win in 4 ,but the last two performaces have been poor .this was always going to be a topsy turvy season so a bit surprised with some of the views.we played plenty of possession football last season ,dont think we can keep the same style at this level .been with the manager all day and he knows what we need and trying to improve the squad daily.i know how much the club means to all of you and know one will work harder than jim to keep us in this league ,and i know you will keep giving him and the boys the support you always have

A disappointing performance, especially in the first half.

I’m sure we will turn things around soon and get back on track. No easy games at this level and as a club of our size with limited resources it was always going to be a tough season in a new league.

One game at a time

Keep the faith, it’s the Urchin way :)

Games played is a worry, but hopefully means no fixture pile up.

Played 7 more games than 3rd from bottom Dorchester and 5 more than a lot below us.

I still think we can pull this around if we can play a consistant side.
