Savagebee
On a side note, how are Hillingdon Borough financially now? They have themselves playing, Broadfields United in the Middx County League playing there and now Kentish Town? And if I'm correct again, West London Academy play their school games there on a Wednesday afternoon? Do Hillingdon Borough FC own the 3G pitch behind the ground where Broadfields United FC play ? Rhodes
On a side note, how are Hillingdon Borough financially now? I would be interested to know how much Kentish Town are paying at the Middlesex Stadium for their groundshare because I am a nosey fecker. I thought you would know that with your contacts I would say it would be around the £6000 mark for the season.
A.nonymous
Do Hillingdon Borough FC own the 3G pitch behind the ground where Broadfields United FC play ? They don't. Although I am led to believe that the football team itself are able to use free of charge. The only thing the club owns is the pitch itself. The clubhouse isn't theirs, their boardroom is a portakabin outside the clubhouse. Its a shame because they seem have to got a bit of a s hit deal out of it all. I remember only a few years ago they were in the Vase final and were in the Ryman, how things change quickly.

Yes 6k is dirt cheap for a groundshare in this day and age isn't it, Hillingdon Borough don't deserve to be taken for a ride

I'm sure they wouldn't have done the deal if it wasn't good for them.

Rhodes
TringArmy - I always respect your view as you're rarely wrong, I wonder whether Kentish Town happily paid Hillingdon Borough the whole amount up front, Tokyngton Manor style when they groundshared at Reynolds Field

Moving from where was more of a home to Amersham and not paying up seems a bit silly. I recently watched Chalfont Wasps (my old team) against Rayners Lane and there are few guys that watch them who are ex Ruislip Manor who moved out of the Tokyngton spotlight as they didn't feel part of it
mungo
A shame that Barnet FC couldn't be accommodated there, but it looks like a good development. Thanks but no thanks BFC is Barnet town not Mill Hill

The ground at Hillingdon Borough itself would be ideal for Middx County FA to take over and use in my opinion. Oxford FA have Thame United (lovely ground), Herts FA have their own ground. There is so much potential for that ground
