TrevorT
I've been following the posts on this excellent forum for a couple of months so thought it was about time that I registered properly. I am one of those sad people you could call a ground hopper and over the last couple of seasons have made it my mission to visit every CoCo club. My 500th club was in fact Sheerwater this season and Trevor the secretary made me very welcome when he found out about my milestone. I've seen Sheerwater 3 times in the last 2 seasons and they've won every time, which given they don't win many prompted them to ask if I would travel from my home in Ipswich for every game! So I have 11 to go - Ash, Hartley W, Frimley, Westfield, Molesey, Bedfont Sports, Feltham, Cobham, Warlingham, Spelthorne and Guernsey and the posts on this forum have been a massive help to me deciding where I go, especially last Saturday as it enabled me to delay my journey whilst the pitch inspections were happening. I had planned to go to Molesey on Boxing Day so fingers crossed the rain holds off as I would need to set off before any pitch inspection! Thanks all
lazarus
I have spoken to Molesey this morning and they are not hopeful.
TrevorT
Cheers Lazarus. I've seen the posts regarding Bedfont's possible switch to Hanworth, so that would leave Ash United for me if I'm going to get a new ground on Boxing Day. I'll keep reading the forum for news

Big J R
Welcome to the forum. As far as Boxing Day is concerned, I think we'll need a miracle to get even half the scheduled games on ! P1ssing down, as I type !

I would say that our boxing day fixture is in major doubt as it was very waterlogged around 2pm today & need a lot of dry weather to get it on...which doesn't seem to be happening as its raining again now
