SteveB
Kingstonian v Concord is now apparently off. No inspection announced at Lowestoft but some of their fans on Twitter are doubtful it will survive.

Eastside Urchin
I think that when weather is predicted this bad, that football associations should just call all league games off on the Friday. Stopping unnecessary travel on roads which are dangerous to drive on
margateshot
This is an absolute joke. Nearly every game off in the country yet Lowestoft call it off shortly before kick off. Non league clubs cannot afford to travel all that distance to be told its off. how much has this cost the club? It was pretty obvious that this would be off at some time today. Feel sorry for all those who travelled. Was there even a pitch inspection planned for today
I am Spartacus
Arrived at the ground at 14.00 and it was left to CK. CK said OK we will play. 10 mins later assesor has a word with the ref and match is called off. Abdolute joke.
missunderstood
Unless there was a last minute and unexpected downpour it looks to me that Lowerstoft have acted in a very irresponsible manner. Hope Margate can make a good case for claiming back all the travelling expenses incurred by the club and supporters.
Coffin Ender
Do you think we were irresponsible when the Wealdstone game was called off at the last minute? Refs call games off, not clubs. And rightly so, otherwise you'd get clubs calling off games when they have a few injuries.
Eastside Urchin
I think maybe with Lowestoft being so far north and east that they may not have had the bad weather we had till later on,the pitch was probably playable late morning but downpours after that probably meant it had to be called off.
