Hi,

 

Just a quick message to wish everyone here a merry Christmas and a healthy New Year :)

 

Thank you for being part of this community during 2012 and we look forward to reading all your posts throughout 2013 (well the non-libellous ones ;) )

 

If you responded to and clicked on one of our adverts, then thank you for your small contribution towards our costs, it is appreciated. Of course you might have opted for our Gold Membership and supported us that way for just £5 and therefore do not see any adverts.

I was born Catholic, but even I can see sense with what Alan said. It's become hi-jacked, and sometimes I do wonder if the meaning of Christmas is still relevant. God help us if Diwali and Yom Kippur are ever commercialised!

 

Whether or not you believe in the story of the Nativity, this time of year should be a time to remember those less fortunate and to lend a helping hand to those in real need.

 

Until the New Year, farewell from the Gloucester shire and here is a message from the son of God himself....

 

IT'S CLIFF-MAS TIME!
