Got their side of things.

Was it that one sided in that first half? Let's hope hope we learnt some lessons for next time.

That left back spot (whoever plays there) has always been a problem area,as has been noticable in other games I've seen. We need to tighten up back there and not give opponents so much space to play in on that flank.Get closer to the player & close down their advances down that wing.

Whoever it is that plays in that full backs position must play like a full back and not get dragged into the middle.

Both Pooley and Alaile are better known as central defenders and I'm sure thats their preferred position. They both do an adequate job there at full back but they must have picked up the habit, having most of their footballing days playing in central defence,to tend to drift into the centre rather than stay out a little wider.

This needs to be rectified if they are to act as full back.As I say, this has been noticable on previous occasions and no doubt Whitehawk will have had their spies out checking out our weak spots. To have two guys down that flank (if true) shows they did their homework correctly and they nearly got their rewards.

Fortunately for us the rain saved us on the day.Lets not give them the same freedom down that flank next time.
