Radders
According to twitter tomorrow nights match has been postponed due to an issue with AFC Hayes' floodlights. Does say in a post from their twitter account that game could be swapped to Holloways if league gives approval!!! Potentially another match to fit into an already over crowded schedule - GREAT!!! Ian
Nothing confirmed yet regarding switching it to SYCOB. Best thing to do is keep an eye out today at the official club sources.
Rebel Kay
We are attempting to switch the venue. More news once confirmed.

RebelsAndBlues
I'm not sure I like either scenario. We could do without another postponed game and really could do without having yet another home game, leaving ANOTHER away game to fit in later in the season. I know I said it before, but I am concerned playing so many away games after each other (as were obviously running out of home games) 'could' affect us (espeically those midweek trips which are not exactly up the road). The games are just switched. We will be away (instead of home) to AFC Hayes on Saturday 9th FEB. If the game goes ahead tonight, the only downsides that I can see are the potential loss of some gate revenue due to AFC Hayes now getting the Saturday fixture and maybe some losses on other sundry products like programmes, golden goal etc. My guess is that any part of the pitch that is in the sun has a slim chance of being playable and any part not in the sun has no chance. RebelsAndBlues
The games are just switched. We will be away (instead of home) to AFC Hayes on Saturday 9th FEB - Thanks for pointing that out, I do get how it works. What I am saying, is that surely the home advantage does always help teams. I get you could have one or two away games on the trot, then you get to play at home in front of your own fans. If we play the game tonight, that would be 11 home, 4 away so far. Having to make up 7 away games, whilst running out of home games feels to me (maybe not anyone else) that could make it more difficult for us when we get to the business end of the season. Now the Hayes game is now going to be 'away' on the 9th, that is on the back of Daventry, Thatcham, Barton, making it 4 away on the trot. On paper, 4 away games on the trot is a tough task is all I am saying (plus any possible Christmas distruptions). Oh well, it is what it is. COYR!!! Ian
Notwithstanding the fact the weather will probably see to tonight's fixture anyway, playing multiple away games is a preferable scenario than losing another game to postponement and playing Saturday/Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday which i looking increasingly likely. I think the club have done the right thing making every attempt to get the fixture played, albeit as a home game.
Don Juan DeMarcus
Agreed better to get one done home or away but judging by ground I think it's unlikely...
Radders
Absolutely Ian and as mentioned earlier in another thread well done to the people behind the scenes who gave done everything in their power to get it on. The preferable option of playing at Hayes tonight being unavailable means that trying to get the home game played instead is the sensible option rather than creating further backlog. Unfortunately as others have said the game will probably lose to the conditions anyway!!!
