Bad Language from the Dug-outs

I'd have been embarrassed if I had been a Badshot Lea official, the level of foul language aimed at just about everyone last night was way over the top. Quite a lot of it was aimed at the officials in charge.

You wait untill you start moving up the leagues,in my experience the managers and the players have even more passion and can be very intimidating,CCL is quite moderate and 1 manager don't even shout I don't think you will find that in any other league in the world.

I know it is a heinious crime Duncs but I am afraid to say that the CCL is one of the wrost league around for it. Been to a few games on other leagues and none are nearly as bad as the CCL.

Animated is fine.

Passion is fine.

That doesn't have to go hand in hand with foul and abusive language.

I'm sure there's the odd teenage footballer who responds well to a mouthful of abuse from his bench but personally I've yet to see him.

I'm probably repeating myself here but calm, measured advice and constructive comments during a game a far better than a public bollocking.

Doesn't make it right, or set a good example or encourage families to attend football though does it?

Blimey, I haven't accused you of anything!

Just asking questions, encouraging debate.

Quite frankly, if someone can not express themselves without the use of profanities then that says a lot about the mental abilities of those involved. using an excuse like passion is, quite frankly, laughable and is an insult to the intelligence of many on this board. Ask yourself this question...

If you were in a public place with your children or grandchildren, how would you react if someone launched into a tirade of profanities in clear earshot of the youngsters in your care? Would you accept it as someone showing a bit of passion or would you be disgusted?

Using football as an excuse is pathetic.

Its a fact that children learn most of their bad language at school so I dont think that is a good example, who are these people that are swearing so much cos I aint heard a lot,is there anyone in Windsor who is not a saint ?I thought the royal family were well known for the use of explitives, theres not many of my friends who strip off in public in front of women and children is that what you lot find acceptable.
