UK Football Finder v French Academies XI @ Colliers Wood United on Wednesday Night (19:30 Kick-Off)

Recommended Posts

Adam, now being very interested in the UKFF Project, find it very interesting that there is NO Telephone Numbers available anywhere on the INTERNET,so that you can contact them.Seems to be a big connection with the Tooting Area though, the coach of this French X1 lives there,he also has a strong interest in the Local South London youth scene, sitting on many Committees. He was even a games maker at this years Olympics. Also has a connection with Battersea Ironsides who are members of the Surrey Elite League as a player and coach.2 Interesting Facts on the site that I gleaned were that Cameron Deighton says he is currently playing in the Combined Counties League,is he,has anyone heard this name.Secondly UKFF Chairman is a person named ADAM PARRY,funnily enough he has very similar hobbies to your goodself,Football,Rugby,Music.I suspect this could be you,not your original name on here of ADAM KING.Why would anyone who lives in leafy Gloucester be interested in a South London Project and use Grounds like Leatherhead,Raynes Park,Colliers Wood unless it is London based.Even the players/clubs that post on the site are London based, take Eddo as an example. So if the players your coaches are trying to place are Conference Standard, why post on the CCL Forum regularly, but none of the others SSML,ESL,KENT,RYMAN.even may I say CONFERENCE NATIONAL FORUM.

Adam is a friend of mine, he lives in Aylburton (west Gloucestershire) and I live in Hardwicke (near Gloucester).

i introduced him to Football Finder, as I'd previously been involved in a similar coaching scheme here in Gloucester and the team I was coaching played one of their sides.

Adam got to know their manager Ewemade through that game, and they've become good friends since and he's helped to expand their business portfolio with linking up with Leatherhead, Tonbridge and St. Margaretsbury Football Clubs. Adam works in Business Consultancy and has a good background with HMRC and Blackhorse and he is bringing in a lot of connections into the UK Football Finder FC project such as Full Contact and in the New Year they are hopefully moving their operations to a proper ground and will hopefully look to enter the Combined Counties or Wessex League in the next few years.

You are right that we have similar interests - don't most mates? We're going to Download with a few friends in the Summer if you must know. I'm sure that you must have at least one mate called Peter? Adam's a good name and I have over 10 friends and business acquaintances with my first name - Adam Thomas, Adam Masters, Adam Bennett, Adam Craddock, Adam Robinson, Adam Evans, Adam Abbott, Adam Marshall, Adam Quinn and Adam Henshaw. Must have been a lot of Adaming about :P We will be at Warlingham in the New Year, so come along and say hello - you'll get enough advance notice ;)

As for the coaches, quite right about Ewemade Orbator - a quality coach who I met briefly at Leatherhead. He is the guy who discovered Abdul Razak and Ishmael Camara (currently with West Ham United's Academy team - you can check that as well).

Oh, and I have posted about UK Football Finder on other Forums - if you check the posts they are all there

Main Sponsors,BMETVFM,a Charitable Trust that Ewemade Orbator is the Chairman of.Admire his aims/Passion of giving the youth of today a brighter future. You mention Warlingham as a future venture, would that be in anyway connected with one of your Players Michael Burton ex Croydon Municipal,Farleigh Rovers, now playing for them? You see Adam I do not believe that you can attract Conference level players to your set up.Where do all these lads currently train,as you technically own nothing.Wonder if Colliers Wood have any of your stars.Hope you can make it Wednesday as I will be attending, just to see the calibre of Player on show.

to be fair,he has sent me a few messages offering players for trial for Hornchurch, which i have forwarded onto our management, think they looked at a couple, not sure where it went after then as we cant really afford new players at the moment,as far as i am concerned if it gets people playing football and one or two get back into the game it can't be a bad thing.shame others dont try it instead of knocking it,must be shed loads of players out there who could play at a decent level

Smudge, no - purely visiting to say hello as a few clubs have said it would be nice to put a face to the name. I appreciate that being in the back of beyond isn't conducive, but I am venturing into Combined Counties land more next year so maybe once people get to know me it'll put their minds at ease and they can see I'm just as nutty in real life. I intend to be at the game on Wednesday, but as I have already stressed it depends on if I can get to Colliers Wood on time. Hopefully I will, but if not I make this pledge to meet as many of you as possible in 2013.

To answer your question about training, all training is now at Roehampton University and Ewemade, Dennis, Carl and Joel Samuel oversee training.

We've attracted Bradley Diallo to our set-up, and history will point to the fact that he played 15 league games for League 1 Oldham Athletic last season. We also have Jerome Kinsonga who played for Lille LOSC. Richard Brindley was also with the set-up before Chelmsford City snapped him up.

Look, I am prepared to fall on my sword. If you aren't impressed with them then fine, but go with an open mind and just enjoy the game.

Adam King and his tribe of ten merry Adam men......that has got to be the funniest post of the year!!! This guy is just unbelievable.

I didn't march them up to the top of the hill though ;)

So when are you on tour next Chubby? Got to say I prefer Jim 'Nick Nick' Davidson and Jethro myself... Jimmy Jones was good as well.

You'll know if I'm there Chubby, no guarantees that the other Adam's will be in attendance.

I'm sure they would be grateful Adam, but to be honest all their games should be filmed as it should be part of their development to watch the game back - can't they arrange this to be done themselves? Tell them I'll do it for £250 ......I'll then be able to double my money when I send it into you've been framed as I'm sure it'll be a comedy of errors!!

A few points, how will I recognise you Adam, maybe get Ewemade to point you out,as you have met him once.He surely won't forget who you are.

How much is Entry. Will there be Hot Food on sale. Will there be a programme. As it is a Trial game I expect both sides to be using 20 players each minimum, hope they all have squad numbers,so we can know who is who.

I think this is a club call Smudge.

The forecast is dry and cold and the game should go ahead as planned.

Cameron played at CWUFC last season. Not sure if he is currently with a CCL club.
