Eddie Savage is obviously now signed on (named as no 7) Martin Griggs was at Tring last season and was one of those Amersham still named when he was actually transferred & playing for Athletic when they got caught out last time.

 

Next up for Amersham is Winslow away. How many cameras and camcorders can Winslow Boy arrange to film the match?

Haha I'm sure there will be a few eagle eyes there I won't be one though. Question should a player found to have been playing under a false name serve a suspension? I think so.

This is beyond a joke at this level really and wouldnt look out of place in the Hackney and District League Division 9.

 

The manager clearly doesnt give a sh1t, doesnt think he has done anything wrong and is lying through his teeth. The Chairman clearly is in on it and doesnt give a toss as he denied it all week after the Rye game and hasnt taken any action against the manager. The Committee appear to not care that this is going on either.

 

Would be interesting to see the evidence against the 2nd player in the Rye game.

 

Why should anyone else play by the rules? Key players suspended? Just use an assumed name. Players mate fancies a game but is signed on for another club? Dont bother with the 7 day approach, just use an assumed name.

 

I hope Winslow give them a lot of scrutiny on Saturday.

Word of advice if its boring don't read you moron or are you forced to? secondly tell your shambles of a club to do things properly and stop lying to make it worse then people won't talk about it. Clearly you're the gaffer or chairman cos you don't have any fans

Mississippi - No, I don't agree with what has happened but i still support my club and hope we can move on from this as its a good club with a lot of opportunity to go further. .

 

I just hope as a FAN that Amersham FC can move forward and just get on with their business and carry on playing the way they are and work towards next season and pushing for a high finish.

Have you been complicit in the fraud and the cheating? As a fan you must know the players, have a look at the teamsheet before the game, check the team that is put up on the website.

 

Have you just been seeing this happen and saying nothing about it? Why should other clubs have to follow the rules with players not signed on or who are suspended while your club, with your blessing, doesnt?

If you 'tank' Winslow with a legit team then fair play to you..............dont think anyone will take your results seriously for rest of the season though

Well if they call late goals against a side scraped together (perhaps we should have just got in a load of ringers) and down to ten men for majority of the game after softest red you'll ever see 'tanking'doubt game will be in anyway at this rate

I note the Amersham Town website has been taken down in the last 24 hours. Funny that as I thought they had nothing to hide and that the Rye incident was a one off........

A genuine adminstration error not an attempt to break the rules, they put a case forward but always likely to fail as a pro outfit should be on top of that stuff but people make mistakes. Good news for your mob though SB
