Pitch looks OK at the moment in Guernsey. Its currently being prepared. You can see it here, http://www.nest.gg/webcams/webcam.html

Looks good to me, and plenty of taxi's waiting at the airport.

Heard from the pitch staff at Meadowbank this morning. Very wet and puddles in places.

Been on the Ash pitch most of the morning but finally gave up, too many puddles to deal with......hope the sun keeps shining & hope the wind starts to blow then there maybe a slim chance the reserve game against Frimley G will be on..but my own opinion is its very very doubtful & like Krooner says weather awful tomorrow

Any update on Banstead's pitch? Is the game likely to go ahead?

Whilst I'm planing as if the match is on I would be very surprised if it is. I spoke to the Chairman who was at the ground Thursday (having had to cancel training) who said there were puddles on the pitch and if we had anymore rain betwenn now and Saturday it would be very doubtful. Assuming the torrential few hour long downpour we had in Tooting extended a few miles south to Banstead, I reckon its off. If you PM me your mobile, I'll let you know as soon as I do.
