It's a shame it would be hard for clubs to look into this from league games this season. You've got to think they've been at it. Shambles. Teams will have to keep a close eye and so will the league but they will find a way around it using different names probably

If found guilty by the FA, do you punish them a second time for the same offense?

Speaking personally last season we were charged and fined by both our County FA and the SSML for a misconduct offence (playing a player whilst under suspension). But each case has its own merits and it is down to the SSML Committee if they wish to punish any club for a second time for the same offence.

I've done that this season in my Competition.

 

In the example you give here, there are breaches of Competition and County FA Rules.

 

I am aware of a Case last season in the FA Sunday Cup where a Club were found guilty of numerous breaches of Competition Rules. The Club was heavily sanctioned by the FA. There was a rumor that their Competition would also charge them but in the end it was decided against this course of action.

Just one last word on the subject East 16,Amersham have been found guilty of cheating Rye United of a place in the last 64 of the FA Vase,thanks to Barbie's hard work proving it they finally admitted the truth.Some of their officials and management have let their club down Big time,and yes i feel sorry for their fans and others who were unaware of the situation.I may be no saint and have been punished by the club and County in the past,but have always been truthfull in what i do and say.
