Great away win for the lads.

First half we were totally dominant and could have been out of sight. Jay May headed in at the far post after excellent work down the left by Anderson and Lechmere. Before that Swainey crashed a header against the bar and we had a few decent other chances.

Second half they had a lot of the ball although we mainly restricted them to shots from distance. We did start hoofing it as the game went on and found it harder to create much but still had a couple of reasonable chances.

The ref was a massive homer but we overcame that. MOTM today for me was Swainey who was restored to the captaincy and back to his best.

Great result today-let's see if we can get another one Tuesday

Get in!

Great team performance, I thought we started the game very bright and got control of it early on. The first goal came from a well worked move involving lechmere and Anderson to put it on a plate for May. Swainys chance that crashed off the bar was unlucky not to open the scoring.

2nd half we didnt manage to get our foot on it enough, but we remained strong enough to cope with the pressure they applied in periods. Luke made another important stop one on one.

Keep putting in performances like that and we will hold our own against any team. Same again at Dover please!!!

Agree with the above. First half we were all over them and should have had more than one goal to show for it. The second half started in the same fashion but we allowed them to come back into it without them ever really threatening.

Quite liked the new kit too.

Same again Tuesday please (assuming it lasts the 90 minutes this time)
