Come on lads lets have 3 points tomorrow. Sorry I can't be there to watch as it's my Grand-daughter's 6th Birthday party, so sorry to say boys no contest.

Super second half show wins the game. Best half of football I have witnessed at home this season. Every player put their heart into winning that game from beffing a goal down. A very well deserved victory in the end against a very good Bury side. Every player deserves a mention but one player who I have been critical of in the past finally impressed me today. Yes,Tommy Whitnell. Now putting himself about and getting himself involved more he has come good in front of my eyes.Well done Tommy for at last impressing me and for playing a big part in todays win.Holloway saved us on a few occasoins with some superb stops and the rest were all on form. Great finishing today too with two superb headed goals and a penalty any player would have been proud to have scored with. Bodkin was my M.O.T.M though as he ran that midfield. Good all round effort today especially in that second half. A big well done to all today. For the neutral this must have been a treat to watch. Superb end to end stuff with brilliant defending, super finishing and plenty of effort by each and every player out there.Thoroughly enjoyed it today.

Player of the month for October, sponsored and decided upon byTerry Scott was John Beales

TBH I thought Bury were physical and that is the sort of side we normally struggle against. Well ground out win and the cross and header for the 3rd were both excellent.

2nd in the league and I really don't think that there is anyone to be afraid of.

Bury were very strong team BUT their dependence on dominating refs will prove them to be out of contention at the end of the season. We should also have had a clear penalty in the first half and that cynical foul committed by their number 4 should have had him off without question not a yellow. Craig Holloway performed great again as well - is he the best keeper in our league ?

The result does'nt do the guys justice IMO Bury came out of the blocks extremely fast and were looking to get "the JOB DONE" as soon as poss. The BLue boys were caught on the hop but proved that this season they are'nt giving up easily and pushed Bury right til the end of the first half, unlucky not to be on level terms going into the break. Second half we totally dominated them and to be fair a score of 3-1 was not reflective of how we totally removed any threat that they posed...... at long last we have a result against them and if Im honest my expectation of this team has risen ten fold............ come on you blues :)

Superb from all the lads today against a strong Bury side who hadnt lost on their travels.

Just off to put the MOTM poll up, hard one today though I will vote for the person I thought had his best ever game in a Margate shirt, having a hand in all the goals. :D

Great result after a brilliant second half performance, well deserved win! Would have to agree with Cookie (nice to meet you today by the way mate) regarding Tommy Whitnell, constantly putting people under pressure & making things happen, the header he scored was superb too. Holloway did himself proud yet again, superb keeper. Brilliant all round performance by everyone, the 3rd goal summed that up for me. Bodkin impressed me a lot & was constantly getting the better of the full back, but MOTM for me would have to be Whitnell who didn't put a foot wrong. Feeling very positive, bring on next week!

What a great performance by ALL . Everyone was MOM Tommy Whitnell, Marc Cornielle, Craig Holloway, Matt Bodkin, Carl Rook, everyone. Ref was suspicious on some decisions, and those bloody linesmen (sorry assistant referees) or just pointless. I think they should be renamed "Offside Officials" as that seems to be the only thing they do. Bury was a good team, big lads especially at the back, very physical, but we were just outstanding. Could some one tell me what Carl rook was second booked for as I didn't see it.

Great save near the end by Craig when it was one on one. I know CK says we shouldn't get too carried away, but what the hell, we should enjoy this moment for the whole week. Wealdstone will be interesting, get the supporters in and get these gates back up to a respectable number.

COME ON THE BLUES
