Edinburgh Rebel
That should be the end of my Slough games for a while. I'll go at some point in the future, possibly when Slough move into the new ground. I'd just like to say thanks to everyone for making me welcome at both matches and especially thanks to Ian for all his help with travel etc. Also, thanks to Brighton Rebel for starting the applause for me today for coming to the match from Scotland. I hope you get back to Brighton eventually. And basically thanks to everyone else, GarySTFC, Horsham Rebel etc. It was nice meeting a few of you from the forum and I'll keep looking out for the results and posting on here and hopefully be back down for a game at some point in the future. As Don Juan DeMarcus said, at least one of my teams will still be in existence in a couple of weeks. I'm staying with my family until Thursday and heading back home. I'm definitely not travelling down for the Chalfont game.

Pete the Stag
Just like to say thanks to Kay for leaving the tickets at the entrance for the seats for myself and my two elderly friends that I spoke to Kay on the phone about. I would imagine that the organisation and effort put in by yourself and a load of other volunteers would have been immense. Well done, especially the organisation of the buses from the service area, I was expecting to have to pay the driver but great it was free. A brilliant cup tie and it was unfortunately that one team had to be knocked out, but that is what the cup is about. Hope your promotion push is maintained. Just hope the video that the Stags lads did for you turns out ok, I'm sure Martin would have done a marvellous job of it.

Ian
Good to see you again, Adam, and great that you were behind the goal in amongst the regulars. Hope you have a decent trip back tomorrow. I always knew if it went to extra time getting you on your train was going to be tricky so I knew I might end up giving you a lift. At least you got back before 1:30am! Keep in touch on here and hope things with Hearts resolve themselves ok too.
Edinburgh Rebel
Got back home today. Yeah, Brighton, I'll definitely follow the Slough results. Great to have actually been to a couple of matches (especially one at home). Yeah, thanks for the lift Ian. I had no idea the station was so far away! Definitely glad I didn't have to catch that last train and get back at 1:30am! Hope Alfie likes my autograph on his top. That's the first time I've ever been asked to sign a fan's top Yeah, I'll keep in touch and hopefully Hearts will somehow find a way through all of this. The response from the fan's has been amazing and people have donated a lot and the game against St. Mirren has almost sold out. We've sold thousands more tickets than we normally would for that type of game.
