Replay tickets and parking

As we all celebrate a draw and a replay we must remember the work that people behind the scenes now have to do to make it a success

Do we know if the game will be ticketed? I guess it depends on who we get today

Also, with parking.....might it be worth using drive time and doing some park and rides. Maybe Wrexham park and Farnham park.....

What does everyone think?

I think people would be shocked at how much organising it took for the away game let alone the home game. Rest assured it's being dealt with.........Kay's breakfast is sat cold on the table and she's on the phone in another room talking about replay plans!

No doubt after some meetings and discussions early this week, all will become clear. We will work closely with Beaconsfield to ensure that all bases are covered and thank then for their helpfulness already.

As soon as we have details they will be published on the website, here and in the local press.

.... talking to some mansfield fans after the match there did not seem to be much enthusiasm for a long trip south on a tuesday night too a holloways park for a game they think is a forgone conclusion, ...

Surely they think they have some chance of wining?

Very good of SYCOB to move their B&B game

Im glad you posted that. On Saturday when we found out your result the 1st thing we did was apply to County to get the game moved.

For us to play on the pitch the night before would have not been right.

Knowing a few of your lads and managment team i would love to see you turn them over !

Good luck !

I decided I wouldn't go the replay but now I'm considering it. Could be another eight years before we get to the fa cup again. I won't be going go the second round though....definitely can't afford it plus if Lincoln win I won't have the option to go anyway. It's a gamble because I can only afford one more game. Just have to hope we don't end up getting man utd in the third round!

Ok just found out we've drawn hibs away in the Scottish cup on the same weekendas the fa cup second round so that rules out me going to the second round. Replay here I come.

Tweets from the local rag suggest that the venue for the replay is yet to be confirmed. Given we're not going to be a televised game, I'd be very disappointed to see the game switched from Holloways Park. I could understand the economics of a tv game taking precedence and needing a venue with better floodlights (with all due respect to the Beaconsfield facilities, not knocking what we don't have), but potentially giving up home advantage when we're not exactly hosting a Portsmouth or Sheffield Utd seems a bit short-sighted.

I'm sure there would be plenty of justification in terms of H&S, logistics etc, and I know the people behind the scenes are working like mad to get the game on, but moving venue for a one-off game can only be to the gain of the opposition.

Adam......you are properly mental!! Despite your mental state it will be great to see you down at Holloways Park and hopefully you'll get there early enough to meet a few more of the regulars. Please however expect the worst in terms of facilities. No disrespect to Beaconsfield but Holloways Park makes Mansfield's ground look like Wembley!!

First I've heard.
