Grandad lol trust u to speculate.... Haha I left Croydon like 3 years ago for a PISSTAKE rather than the £30 I was owed. £100 per game r u insane I wasn't even getting that in blue square football...

The reason I was so interested in my goals is simple, I love scoring them and wanna get as many as I can... No financial gain whatsoever, strikers love scoring goals none more so than me and because for the last year I have been playing left wing for chertsey and farnborough I am relishing being in my favourite position once again....

 

I thought Farnborough went full time Pagey ?

 

If so and you played say 2 games a week and on you say less than a longun per game then that's below minimum wage based on a weekly role ?

 

If you we're on contract full time then I would presume it would be around 3 - 4 hundred a week for a striker if not more.

 

Lets consider what some players get at step 6 and I would say that if you were to play more often than not until the end of season then MV are I would say guaranteed promotion. With this in mind a hundred a game is money well spent on you IMO.

 

I would rather have you in my squad than a couple of has beens on 40/50 's all day long.

Briggers was there anything on our twitter account regards to interest in Matt Baker prior to Saturday 20th?

I am also sure Pagey will generate interest wherever he plays, great lad & superb example to my young players.

Any arrangements with his working are between us and so far I'm very happy at the run he's had available, but I am also very clear that work is his priority and any periods of non availability however long or inconvenience are just gonna have to be taken on the chin!

 

As Daniel from Eversleys says mate - this was on a player/supporter account.

 

You know me - nothing goes up that shouldn't do.

 

As for Pagey - I think most people have already covered it but the lad is pure class - both on and off the pitch.

 

If our youngsters want to know how to conduct themselves correctly and look after themselves so that they can climb up the pyramid they only have to copy Phil's example.

When I was at Farnborough initially they were full time however I joined on a part time basis, after a month or so they went part time.....

Thanks padlock.... I try to b available as often as I can work permitted and I think even when I'm not available valley have the squad to win games without doubt....

Mark, I guarantee there are a number of players who get paid a lot of money.... If the club has it to spend I don't c a issue with it but to fork out hundreds with no success is not a good investment in my opinion.... simmonds is a very good player n if frimley r breaking the bank for him money well spent IMO

Perhaps as far as money is concerned, the CCL ought to adopt a similar policy to the National Prem etc., and adopt the window-transfer policy !!
