Nuts 10
Makes me laugh that clubs don't advertise these vacancies.
Smudger
I think that you will find that most clubs in senior football, and professional football don't actually advertise their vacancies. Getting into senior football can be very difficult, and it's all about having the right contacts and having a good CV, which will give you a reasonable chance of being considered. Unfortunately, there are far more people who want jobs in football, then there are actual jobs. As far as Barking are concerned, from looking at their website, it appears as if they wanted minimal disruption and to keep a policy of continuity going, and have appointed a local coach who is all ready known to the club.
