readingrebel
It could be personal reasons or he's been tapped up by a bigger club but on the surface it does seem a strange decision. He takes over at SYCOB when they are rock bottom, builds a new team from scratch and gets to the play-off final. Loses some of his best players at the beginning of this season but are still currently in a play-off position.
Yosser is back !
I can clear this one up for you. Byron has had to leave due to his work commitments and i know its not a decision he took lightly as he has been considering this for some time.Last week he made a 300 mile round journey to get to the game and was heading back up north the following morning at 5am. He has been doing this for some time. That would be hard enough for anyone to do but with 4 children as well its taken its toll. Its a real shame because he has done a fantastic job and with the side currently sitting 5th eith leave them in a healthy position. Thought i would post this before all the rumours start. (by the way i am Byrons number 2 at Beaconsfield so i can assure you this is correct )
Windsor_Sec
I can also confirm what Krusty has said as I discussed it with Byron several weeks ago. He now has a 6-week period of being in Scotland/Yorkshire/All points North coming up and therefore wouldn't have time to commit to football and in this day and age income and family have to come before pleasure. Anyone that knows Byron will know he's fully committed to whatever he does so whilst he'll be disappointed at not being involved in football he'd rather do it that way than only be involved remotely and not giving his all.
