Two yellows i thought were harsh i thought ref was very poor i wouldnt have got sent off but egham skipper told ref it was a tackle by me rather than watts but he booked watts then me cheers

Egham good in posession our two mistakes gave both goals first a decent finish in all honesty thought both egham fullbacks gd snuffed out our wingers an jim ward a gd addition an we again isolated joe jackson up top

That said after our last 3 games we werent at the races not a good performance from us at all an our discipline poor

Farnham Town 3-1 Windsor

 

Farnham played very well yesterday and reacted well to two recent defeats. Birthday boy Craig Smith getting all three goals. Windosr completely different from last season and quite yoiung however; they will get better the longer the season goes on!

 

Officials were very good.

Have to say I had a very pleasant day at Vale Farm.

Weather was glorious and everyone very friendly.

Met up with Smudge who was at the SK v Eversley game. The players from this game came into the Lions bar after their game.

Kilburn 2 eversley 2

 

Not a classic game to watch . Eversley better side in first half but final ball was lacking. We were awarded a pen after a push baker scored. Thought we would then go on and win by a few but kilburn then won a pen. Simpson being brought down which they scored. Another pen to us on 45 mins but this time keeper saved.

Second half kilburn were a different side and pushed us back. Milly and blocko were immense for us I thought. They took the lead after 60 mins and could have wrapped the game up but 2 misses with 1 on 1s and the crossbar kept it at 2 1. We pushed forward and made afew chances and got a derserved leveller on 85 mins Chris fox. A draw a fair result but both will feel like they should have won it.

AFC Croydon 1 Frimley Green 3

 

Rutana

 

A game of two halves as they say!! First 45 Croydon dominated and were controlling the game. We went 1 up with a great through ball from Jansen into Roger Rutana for him to round the keeper and finish well. Frimley were on each others backs and looking shaken! We should have gone in a few goals up.

 

2nd 45, different story!! Maybe a bit a of complacency from us but Frimley look rejuvenated. The equalised through a great strike from their left winger on about 60mins and then went 2-1 up 2 minutes later. An abysmal second half display from us, a much changed Frimley side from the first and a late Dan Simmods goals wrapped up the points for the visitors.

Played for Leatherhead Reserves on the weekend v Chalfont St. Peter.

 

By all accounts had a good game alongside Dante Leverock in defence. Dante's looking for a new club too (currently playing for Staines Town Reserves).
