Tucked away on page 6 of todays Observer is the following, headlined COUNCIL CLAIMS BACKING FOR NEW LOOK AREA.

 

Plans to regenerate an area have won approval from residents claims Slough council. Residents in Britwell and Nortborough have backed plans for new community sports facilities, including activities for young people and safer walkways.Surveys were sent out to 250 people in the area.

................and 60% of people who replied said they agreed with plans to build a new ground for Slough Town.....
